Sprayground GCC offers a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery, provided that all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your limited-edition gear while maintaining the highest standards of product exclusivity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Sprayground GCC account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all authenticity tags and protective coverings are intact to avoid any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your specified location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
